About JP Property Consultants
Real estate experience. Practical results.
With over 10 years in the real estate industry, I've worked across every growth-facing function in the business from BDM on the floor to Head of Growth at one of Australia's largest real estate organisations.
That experience is what makes JP Property Consultants different. I'm not a generalist business coach who works across industries. I work exclusively with real estate agencies, and I understand the specific pressures, structures, and growth levers that exist in this business because I've lived them.
What I've done
Over the past decade I've worked directly with more than 20 agencies across Australia, consulting on rent roll growth, leadership development, team performance, and operational efficiency.
The outcomes have included reduced portfolio churn, improved PM retention, stronger BDM conversion, and leadership teams that operate with clarity and accountability rather than relying on the principal to hold everything together.
I don't deal in theory. Every recommendation I make is grounded in what actually works inside a real estate agency not what looks good in a presentation.
Who I work with
I work with agency principals, directors, and leadership teams who are serious about building something sustainable. That means agencies that want to grow their rent roll without burning out their team, develop leaders who can operate independently, and build operational systems that don't collapse when one person leaves.
My clients range from boutique agencies managing a few hundred properties to large operations with significant portfolios and multi-department leadership teams.
How I work
Every engagement starts with a structured discovery process, an honest assessment of where the agency is, where the gaps are, and what the highest-leverage opportunities look like. From there I build a practical roadmap and support implementation directly, not just hand over a report and disappear.
I work collaboratively with leadership teams, not around them. The goal is always to build internal capability so the agency performs at a higher level long after our engagement ends.
